Tia is a passionate adventure seeker, nature lover, free diver, mountaintop wanderer, surfer and student of life. Her path to yoga and regular practice started at 12 years old, introduced by her parents, and nurtured by classes at school from grade 7-12. After completing her 200hr Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, she has utilized this beautiful knowledge to travel around the world teaching yoga in places like Lake Louise, Sri Lanka and Colombia.
